“PuHui Foods” firmly believes that in order to improve Taiwan’s food safety issues, we must first raise standards from ourselves before we can implement the quality assurance of “from ranch to table”. Therefore, we follow the food safety regulations, establish hygiene management practices, and review the source of each piece of meat. At the same time, the source farm is also required to provide a meat health certificate to ensure the freshness, and then send it to the SGS to sample and screen the meat ingredients, but this is still not enough to achieve the perfect quality in the heart of “PuHui Food”.

Before each piece of pork enters the factory, our QA will first follow the HACCP food safety control system and conduct a screening of pork raw materials in the controlled room to ensure that the meat does not contain antibiotics, clenbuterol, sulfonamides and any harmful substances. Therefore, we follow the food safety regulations, establish hygiene management practices, and review the source of each piece of meat. At the same time, the source farm is also required to provide a meat health certificate to ensure the freshness, and then send it to the SGS to sample and screen the meat ingredients, but this is still not enough to achieve the perfect quality in the heart of “PuHui Food”.

Before importing food materials into Taiwan or purchasing food materials from domestic manufacturers, we will first require the manufacturers to provide a health certificate, and the SGS will also sample the imported food materials.

Before arriving at the factory warehouse, the quality control department will carry out corresponding quick screening tests in accordance with HACCP regulations, mainly for antibiotics, clenbuterol, sulfonamides, and microbial inspections. Each batch of goods will be monitored throughout the cold chain before they come in.
